RETURN POLICY
Our COMMON HOUSE STUDIO planters are made to order and individually hand painted for you, hence we do not offer returns or exchanges. If your order is damaged during transit, the issue must be brought to our attention (with photos of the damaged package and item), no later than 5 days from when the order was marked delivered. At our discretion, we may cover or replace the order issue if the damaged item is perishable or if the customer is unable to use it.
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Kindly note that the return shipping cost will be at the cost of the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Since our products are painted to order, we start processing your order right away (so we can ship our your order as soon as possible). Please cancel within 6 hours (after order is placed) in order to receive a full refund.
HANDMADE POLICY
Please note that each handmade item is unique and there may be slight variances in colouring and sizing. Note that no two pots will be the same, due to the artisanal process of hand painting.
